Shipping Policy
DUE TO COVID-19 PLEASE EXPECT SHIPPING DELAY
The standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS, 3-7 days delivery (including Saturdays) from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed. We also offer Priority Express for expedited deliveries. If you choose Priority Express not that it will NOT ship Express until the listed ship date. The shipping fee added to your order includes the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, insurance, shipping and handling. Every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number.
A lot of times your order may ship after 1-2 business days upon ordering; however, depending on the volume of orders, please allow 3-4 days to process your order. If you select express shipping, your order will ship out the same day if the order is placed by 11:00am EST. Express orders placed after 11:00pm EST will ship out the following business day. Any orders including both priority and express that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the next business day.
If an address was placed incorrectly or you feel the need to amend the information. Customers have one hour after an order is place to contact customer service at contact@brionescloset.com in order to make changes before order is fulfilled. For we seek to get all orders fulfilled and out for shipment as soon as possible. For whatever reason that a package has to be returned to Briones Closet LLC. due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with resending the package.
Please note that Briones Closet LLC. is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.

Shipping alternative for local customer (Miami, FL 33150)
We do not offer local delivery. How ever we do offer local pickup for those that are in the Miami are zip code 33150.
Local pickups are ready within 2-4 hrs after order has been fulfilled if placed before 3:00pm. Any pickup order placed after 3:00pm will not be eligible for same day pickup. Confirmation and invoice is required at pickup. All pickup orders will be conducted at the address followed. No exceptions.
