Refund Policy

DUE TO COVID-19 PLEASE EXPECT SHIPPING DELAY. 

 In the event you're no satisfied with your purchase. You may return unworn items within 3 days of delivery. If customer does not inform Briones Closet LLC of any item issue within 3 days of receiving merchandise, a return is void. Customer has the option of a full refund. Or a customer has the option of returning merchandise for a store credit. Merchandise MUST be unused. Free of stains and damages Must be unwashed. All tags must be in tack and in original package. All returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Cost of return is customers responsibility. Briones Closet LLC will only take on the cost of return as a result of our error( You received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All return must be addressed as followed:

If we find any defects on the merchandise. Tag removed, makeup stains or there are signs of wear, we reserve the right to not accept your return. Once we receive your return in good condition you will be emailed further information. If store credit is your preference, Note that it is valid for 30 days from credit issue date after which it will become invalid. Store credit is limited to only one purchase. Store credit can not be split between purchases. Full refund can take 7-10 business days to process. However, in many cases you can receive your return sooner depending on shipper and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Please note that certain items are final sale and can not be refunded.

Lingerie & Sleepwear items are final sale (due to the delicate nature). 

Accessories are final sale

Customers are in fact responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Original shipping cost are non-refundable. Once we've received your return please allow up to 7-10 business days for your store credit or full refund to be issued. All store credits are reserved for only one purchase.
