Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

We do not order local delivery. How ever we do offer local pickup for those that are in the Miami are zip code 33150.

Local pickups are ready within 2-4 hrs after order has been fulfilled if placed before 3:00pm. Any pickup order placed after 3:00pm will not be eligible for same day pickup. Confirmation and invoice is required at pickup. All pickup orders will be conducted at the address followed. No exceptions.

How long does it take to receive an order after it's been placed?

Orders are processed/ship within 1-2 business days upon ordering; however, depending on the volume of orders, please allow 3 business days to process your order. If you select express shipping, your order will ship out the same day if the order is placed before 11:00am EST. Express orders placed after 11:00am EST will ship out the following business day. 

Do you provide tracking information for packages?

Every package will have a tracking number provided. Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service.

What if my package comes damaged or I never receive my package?

We here at Briones Closet LLC strive on customer satisfaction. Each package is carefully folded one by one and thoroughly inspected by an employee. In the event that something happens, please contact Customer Service immediately, preferably the day you receive your package and we will advise you how we can handle the issue.

Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If it is not received by then, please contact USPS at (800) ASK-USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may incur. We are also not responsible for packages lost while in the possession of the carrier. However, we will help resolve any issues to the best of our ability. 

What if I change my mind and want to modify or cancel after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed on Brionescloset.com, you have 1 hour to cancel and/or make changes. For assistance, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at Contact@brionescloset.com. Changes and cancellations will not be accepted after an hour and the order will be considered FINAL. Orders marked fulfilled or shipped, are considered FINAL.
